brought computer in for repair informed me mother board was shot (no good) five days later went home after paying them $58.00 for bench fee but hey he did offer to build me a new computer, called dell they trouble shot over the phone informed me my mother board was fine and informed me that the computer store corrupted my hard drive by going right to the problem before doing a complete back-up (we lost everything) brought my other computer to a computer store on main street with same issue he saved all my files fixed the computer and had it back to me in two hours and charged me $20.00. dell was nice enough to send me a new hard drive for the other computer had main street computer guy install it he ensured all system was good and only charged me $10.00. that still doesnt equal $58.00 for doing more damage. do yourself a favor go to a computer store that doesnt charge you to look at it first but charges you to fix it. after all we all cant afford to shell out $58.00 everytime.
