Not satisifed with the service. The installers who arrived were very nice but the quality of the product is not up to my standards. I was told these are hybrid systems and high quality cameras. I learned later they are just cheap cameras that were marked up 200%.



I feel ripped off and should have gone with a higher quote which had higher quality cameras over this equipment. The software constantly crashes also, and i'm told it's a "bug" and that it is being worked on in the next update... I feel it's all bait/switch, they have my money and that's all that mattered.



Tech support is also non-existant, I'l unable to get ahold of anybody.
