We've become rather disappointed with Perkins in Mason City as My adult son has reported numerous times that the men's restroom is very filthy each time, he stated the kitchens in restaurants would be filthy too as that goes hand in hand. The sweet potato fries were different in taste texture and cooking each time,,,,disappointing .. the once very good macaroni and cheese they started to use those flat boxes of Kraft Dinners which are awful at least that is what it appeared to look like...tasted most awful....don't like that easy style cooking it has happened too many times of trying them, so have taken them off our favorite eating places list for good. I've heard others mentions complaints of the same things. The ladies bathroom is not accommodating for people with walkers, no room for them in the handicapped stall, can't close the door and to leave outside of the stall door no space for others to walk.. so Perkins no more, they really need to remodel and make those facilities large....and have a clean up person for the bathrooms to be checked periodically....wonder what the kitchen looks like, when dirty bathrooms often dirty kitchens go with that......... yucky pooh...

This Perkins seems kind of old but the atmosphere is good and the service is good. The management seemed engaged with their employees and were very respectful. The menu features a large selection of great omelets, sandwiches, and dinner items and you have to get a piece of pie when you visit a Perkins, they are great!

I was here a little after dinner rush and the food seemed a little substandard compared to other Perkins, but what restuarant chain doesn't have a difference in quality compared to other locations? It all depends on the cook. I would visit this location again and hope I have the same server, she was great.
