Absolutely terrible. Through their Jiffy Lube in Cedar Falls I went in simply to get the tires rotated. They managed to shear one of the lugs off and then, after me waiting for an hour and a half to get a new one, put on the wrong one. I went to Tandem Tire immediately after leaving and they confirmed it was the wrong one and also sheared. And Jiffy Lube charged me for the replacement as well as the rotation. $64. The next day I had to go to C&S Auto where I bought my Hyundai Sonata and pay them $110 to get the lug pin replaced. Then I had to go to Discount Tire and pay another $100 for a new tire. After a debate with DeWilde's regional manager he agreed to give me back my $64 but not reimburse me for anything else. I will never go there again.
