When I took my car to Transmission Corp of America I found the manager very friendly and willing to help me through my problem. My transmission was slipping and they did a road test, computer diagnostic, then pulled the pan to examine the fluid and the inside of the pan. From that they were very thorough in explaining the failure in general. All at no cost to me. The next step was to remove my transmission, disasemble it, examine it for damages, and then give me a "to the penny" estimate to make the needed repairs. My transmission was repaired and my car back to me the next day. I was very satisfied with the relationship with all the people at TCOA.. I think I was charged a fair price and treated very well. I will reccomend TCOA to any one needing that service.
