Specialty Restaurant Group owns and operates three restaurant concepts with more than 30 locations primarily located in the eastern United States. The group owns and operates The American Cafe, Silver Spoon Caf and L&N Seafood Grill. The American Cafe serves up the Tastes of America offering guests unique recipes gathered from across the country. At the Silver Spoon Caf , guests can count on a hefty portion of the company s Sterling Silver Service alongside delicious, flavorful dishes. L& N Seafood Grill also got its start in Knoxville, Tenn., back in 1982 and features seafood entrees, including Maryland-style crab cakes, the fried fisherman s platter and fish n chips. Based in Maryville, Tenn., Specialty Restaurant Group was formed in November 2000 when a group of internal investors purchased the three concepts from Ruby Tuesday.
