I recently visited ruby tuesdays for the first time over the weekend. The service and food was pretty good. However when checking my bank account the following day I noticed the waitress charged me for an additional tab that was not mine. It is now going on day four and I have yet to be refunded my funds nor have I been compensated for my troubles. I can't seem to get a refund in a timely manner yet it seems that they can keep charging my card that has not physically been at the restaurant since over the weekend and fee of $28.00. Thanks to this location and the mount of mistakes and charges to my card I am now left with overdraft fees. I will never go to ruby tuesdays again and I suggest you pay in cash when going to this location.

I purchased 2 gift cards online from this restaurant. They offered bonus gift cards for any purchase over $50. But the 2 $15 bonus gift cards were nowhere to be seen. An email and phone call to the support center went unanswered.



Buyer beware. Purchase your gift cards at your local store and save yourself the headache of paying shipping fees and the aggravation of a company who uses false advertising to get your business. Shameful!

MISERABLE, took my 15 year old Nephew there Sunday night after we worked all day. We had only drank water all day and were very hungy. Both had Artichoke Dip and Triple Play. This was 9pm. By 3am both with vomiting, diarrhea. The shrimp tastes a little off. Manager contacted in person Monday, in denial, too bad, this has to be handled by corporate. Corporate has a leave message and wait policy designed to wear you out if you have a complaint. This company is very bad in its customer service. Never again, and ill tell everyone.

miss going there

I would love to see your locations offer a baratric menu. I had the surgery and really miss going out. When I do I feel like the staff thinks I am crazy to order a meal and a box so I can pack up 3/4 of entree. We can only eat between 1/4 to 1 cup of food. So if we had places that had choices for us over all would increase your business. After the amount of people getting these surgeries is at all time highs.

I would say that it is a great place to eat. If you have an email account and you change your email address, you can not get back on the account or get them to change your email address so you no longer can get coupons or other information from rhem.



How can you get them to change this .

My boyfriend and I had a problem with one of the managers at Ruby Tuesday store # 3974 on 4/29/12. I phoned in an order and one of the employees was very rude and inattentive. He was acting as though he could not understand what I was saying. When we got there to pick up our orders, I asked if I had a double order of fries, a turkey burger with no mayo and he replied 'yes.' We then took our food home and realized that our order was wrong. We then called and spoke to a employee about our order. He placed us on hold and then hung up. We then called back a second time to speak to the manager. We thought someone was pretending to be the manager but proceeded to explain our situation anyway. The 'manager' went on to say are you sure it was THIS Ruby Tuesday? He then said I'll get you another order. It took us 5 mins to get there and the door was locked. We knocked and knocked on the door to get the staff's attention. They saw us and continued to walk around. They did not say hold on or anything to let us know they saw us at the door. The only time they unlocked the door is when two customers were leaving. This is when I went in angry asking, "Why didn't you open the damn door?"......he said he didnt see me. Then two managers came and I proceeded to shout at them about not giving us our correct order. One of the managers then told me, "It's just a burger,!" "As long as we meet our quota, we're ok! "Just don't come here anymore, if you're not happy!" We were definitely not pleased with the poor customer service and something needs to be done about it.

would just like to say, this was the WORST dining experience i have EVER had! we arrived at 615 pm, and had a wait (witch was fine) we get to our table and wait at least 10 min for our server. when our server finally came to our table he didn't give us a proper greet. his greet was "please can u wait a few minutes and ill be with you" 20 min went by and finally got our drink order. 20 more min go by and finally get our drinks from a different server. our server comes back to our table finally, and has to leave again so he can find something to write our order on. so he takes our order, and we all needed refills, everyone at the table received their refills except myself. so i ask him again for a refill. no refill. we asked for our biscuits that we were supposed to receive(witch we are still waiting for) the server comes to the table and said the kitchen messed up an order of ours so he insisted we wait for the rest of the food. 1 hour and 30 min go by and still no food. i call for the manager and she comes to the table and apologizes for the delay stating the kitchen is backed up and that she will take care of our bill. we finally get our food 20 min after talking to the manager not to mention he didn't bring my 6 yr olds food because he didn't realize he didn't ring it in..so again another wait for my child's food,..and i still have no drink, so i ask again for a refill (makes 5 times i have asked) so i continue to eat. finish my meal and then my refill finally came. we had a $40 bill(paid separate from the couple we were with) we got our discount and our bill was still $27. for the service we received i really feel that our bill should have been taken care of completely! we had very poor service and feel we should have gotten a better discount! we were in your restaurant for 3 hours...waiting. this is truly the worst dining experience i have ever received in my entire life!!

I am so sorry to tell you this but we took our family (adults) and one child out for dinner at the Ruby Tuesday's in Williamsport this evening 12/28/11 and it was one of the worst experiences that we have had a restaurant ever. We ordered our dinner and it took a very long time to get our meal. All of our meals were delivered at different times with 10 minutes between the first meal delivered and the last. When our meals arrived cold we were told that there was no baked potatoes and we had to order different sides- which again we had to wait for. The hamburger was not cooked through for a 3 year old. My daughter's salmon was ice cold and was simply an unseasoned piece of fish. The ribs that were ordered were cold- with the exception of the steaming hot sauce and the spaghetti squash was disgusting! We spent a great deal of money and it was the worst service/meal. I am disappointed that we chose to go there for our family gathering.

What a disappointment your res...

What a disappointment your restaurant has become. My husband and I have been going to the Countryside Ruby's in Clearwater, FL at least 5 times a week for the last 4 years. My father is in a nursing home nearby so it is convenient. We LOVE everyone that works in this store and feel like they are family. First you did away with 2 for 1 wine and now you have eliminated house wine. I am now paying almost $8 dollars for a glass of Chardonnay in a facility that has the atmosphere of Chilies. Unfortunately, we will not be back and will be enjoying all the new venues that are coming to Westfield.
