I placed a to go order through the drive thru that was supposed to take 25-30 minutes. Without being notified or even have someone be somewhat apologetic about the situation when I arrived, it took an extra 20 minutes, only to wait for cold food. When I asked to speak to a manager...I was told that one wasn't there, and when I asked for a refund, I was told that my order hadn't been sitting there as long as I thought it had, and that a refund wouldn't be possible. I know how to tell time and I know how long I had to wait, the fact that the employee tried to lie about the time frame and also argued with me about a refund, was very disrespectful. I usually don't do reviews or get upset about these things because I've worked at a restaurant before, but it was the attitude of the employee that I dealt with that put me over the edge. I will go elsewhere from now on, and I will be sure to let anyone I come across know they might want to do the same as well!

Had a bad scallop plate. Only thing worse than that was attitude of manager/owner who arrogantly stated that they are always served this way ( mushy, stringy, fishy-tasting, inedible. Won't be back. Too many really good places to dine in our area. My advice...keep driving!

Big portion sizes, cheap, fast, and yummy. Can't beat that!

Oh my gosh this place is so terrible! They give you enormous portion sizes and it's really cheap...but you get what you pay for!! We ordered the chicken and shrimp hibachi and it was just a giant pile of soy sauce on the plate-

We moved here 5 years ago couldn>t find a great grill. Osaka showed up next to Wal-Mart we tried and found it to be Excellent fast service plesant staff.
