Stay away from this place. One of the "stylists", Brittany, chopped one side of my head so badly I got up, ranting, & walked out. She said she had 10 yrs experience, but was struggling cutting my hair, making crazy faces, & asked the next stylist if she would "fix" my hair. NO THANKS!

At this time I cannot correctly rate the Maryville, TN beauty salon, although not because the stylists there are not extremely good hairdressers and hard working, nice, professional women. I have only been going there a few months, and yet I know from listening to the conversations there each time, they are united in agreement that their supervisor makes constant mistakes in booking people, taking messages, and performing tasks which directly affect them and their work. It is unfortunate that a person in the position of supervisor is causing this discomfort among these ladies. Yesterday, July 22nd, the receptionist there, whose name is Amber, was fired while I was at the salon. Immediately, all the other employees agreed this happened due to another booking mistake made by the superisor. Most of these women would gladly quit their jobs, due to the supervisor's constant mistakes which affect their performance, but most cannot leave because of financial reasons.



I am not related to anyone there and have no issues whatsoever with the treatment I have personally received! It is a very nice store and equally nice salon. My hairdresser, Renee, is a wonderful person who has not only given me very good service each time, but has also gone the "extra mile" to make certain that I was satisfied. And my observation is that all the other ladies there are also extremely good, quite professional employees.



I am writing to you simply because It is my hope that this supervisor can be replaced by someone very efficient who could bring an element of peace to this group of hard working women. They are finding it very difficult to work, due to these continuing mistakes.
