Jeff took the time to determine the real problem and got us all fixed. We will call him for any future issues, and recommend him without hesitation !

I has lost hot water during snow and ice storms and could not get my hot water heater pilot to stay lit. I saw the reviews for Henderson's plumbing and decided to call him. It was Sunday afternoon and even though he was "closed" he took the time to walk me through the process to see if I could hot water heater to ignite and stay lit. I picked up on his demeanor during this conversation. We got more snow this week and record low temperatures so I knew he was getting many service calls. He still made me priority and went above and beyond the "standard" plumber. He took the time to answer any and all my questions during time taken to fix my water heater. I will recommend Henderson's plumbing if you want an honest man that will do the job correctly and not overcharge you. Thank you again Henderson's plumbing!

I have used several plumbers of the past few years and was never impressed enough to use them more than once. Since having Jeff work on our plumbing, I'll never call anyone else. I had a constantly running toilet, that I couldn't fix myself. Jeff was at my home within an hour of my call. He rebuilt the inside of my toilet so it works like new and flushes better than ever. Jay is professional and extremely courteous. He is a pleasure to work with. He also takes great care to protect the area he is working in and cleans up when he is finished. I found his rates to be comparable and not excessive. Couldn't ask for a nicer guy or better plumber. And, after being introduced to my 3 watch dogs, they liked him as well. That's a good sign.

When our son broke our outside spigot at around 545p on a Friday evening, we started calling plumbers. Mr Henderson was the only one who answered his phone and offered to come right away (after he grabbed a sandwich he said). I told him we could live one night without water so he came early the next morning and had everything fixed in no time. We were worried this would be a costly repair but luckily it was a simple fix. Mr Henderson was very professional and knew what he was doing. His fee for service was very reasonable and affordable. We will definitely call on him for all our future plumbing needs!

We had some hot water heater and pressure issues that had plagued us for years. Other plumbers could not seem to get to the bottom of it. Jeff gave a thorough inspection and explained each step of the remedy. He is punctual and very professional... takes great pride in his workmanship.
