You may want to get second opinions on extensive work. He performed a "mini" root canal on child, and scalded the outside lip which developed a large ulcer, with application meant for the root, never apologized, just explained away, but I understand "accidents" happen, but this left my child very self-conscious with her peers, it did heal in about two weeks. Said my children needed X number of fillings, went to another dentist after above incident, and they didn't agree with findings. When I questioned what contributed to so many cavities, Osburne initially said sodas, but we don't touch them, then he said fruit juices, we have maybe a gallon month (I was concerned about hereditary issues). Also began pushing procedures and offering dental "credit card". At any rate, take it with a grain of salt. This is a nice facility, but it is also a business that runs that way. I did not care for it, and have since found a dentist that will show me on x-ray what is going on and will watch problem areas rather than jump in to do an unnecessary procedure.
