I'm just a home owner working on my mothers hvac unit and was in Coastal supply in Maryville. Was needing a flame indicator and the store only had one that was longer and not at the same angle but a service man was there and seen what I had, so he got one off his truck that was used but good and just gave it to me, I know him as I used to work at Walkers Supply and he was a regular but I don't remember names well, would gladly like to pay the man for the part that fixed my mothers unit. Thanks so much for the friendly visit.

I recently bought a fixer upper house. The heating and air unit was in very bad shape and i didn't have much money considering i just bought a house. They got it up and running for me the same day i called them. I have since purchased a newer heating and air unit and had them install it and set it up. Couldn't have asked for better service. I will definitely use them again if need be. Fast and friendly service.

Do NOT use this contractor. C&T installed a new unit which only lasted 7 years and had multiple, multiple issues (many repeat service calls). If they would have properly troubleshot the unit and fixed the root cause of the issues it would have lasted longer. After the OEM (Rheem) denied any warranty claim, C&T assured me they would work with me to replace the unit as economically as possible. Over 2 months later, unit is still not replaced, and C&T avoiding my calls.
