Mark & Chris are very knowledgeable about what they’re doing. I had pipes under my house making loud noises after I’d use my water for any reason. They’re down home friendly and put me at ease right away. They explained to me what was happening with my pipes and how they would fix the issue. They had to put a valve in the pipes under the house is the best way I can explain it. These men definitely know what they’re talking about. They weren’t wearing uniforms but they were just as professional as if they were. They protect their feet and wear masks in the house. These men are from good people in East TN, good families. And their charges didn’t seem too high to me either.

I can always count on these plumbers to fix my problems! They came out today on short notice and fixed my water heater. The pressure relief valve had failed and was constantly leaking. Thanks guys!! P.S. They also gave a senior discount!

I have been using these guys since 2005. I really appreciate their work. They are usually available the next day after I call. While not the cheapest plumbers they are not the most expensive either and they gave me a senior discount! I can rely on the work performed.

I was happy that they came out the same day I called. BUT, I was very unhappy with the cost. The plumbers were here less than an hour, a total of 30 minutes maybe, and charged me $250, just to unstop the main sewer line. They found out that I was in realestate, and I gues they thought I would have more money to spend. I feel almost taken advantage of. The service call was $69.00 and their labor was $181...WOW I will not use them again. I only used them because they were the first one I reached by phone. That being said. They did get the job done.
