I visited BCEC for the first time and had an overall great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful and the facility was great!

This place is awesome. Great staff and atmosphere. Very inviting for an older guy like me who doesn't like the doctor that much.

I am extremely picky when it comes to medical professionals. Few doctors become trusted advisors. When it comes to my eyes, Dr. Chantel is my trusted advisor. She is smart, articulate, listens well, and has high integrity. She has excellent grace and bed side manner and can present difficult information in a positive manner.

I came to my appointment this week expecting to get a prescription and go. While I was checking out, Dana helped me understand my benefits and I ended up purchasing a really nice pair of glasses, and I didn't spend that much out of pocket! No pushy sales, he just explained how to maximize what I already pay for. I will be looking forward to returning!

Wonderful people!!! Jus the best experience at a doctors office in a really long time. So roomy and comfortable! Dr. Susan is AMAZING with my kids. I now have two "future eye doctors" after our visit and how captivated they were with her every move! If you live in Maryville you need to make this your eye doctor!

Dr. Susan is an absolute doll! I was having a rough day, but she helped to really lift me up. And the staff here are incredible. You can tell customer service means a lot to them compared to other places. No pushy sales people for my glasses!!

My glasses order originally got messed up, but I don't think it was their fault. But they were so impressive in how they offered to help and it got fixed quickly. The customer service was outstanding compared to what I am used to. I did not see the doctors here, just brought in my rx from Knoxville. Extremely pleased and happy and I can see wonderfully now. Was also pleased with prices. They were very reasonable and their selection was good. The space itself was also great. Extremely welcoming and there was no feel of the pushy salesperson I've had in the past. I especially enjoyed the music/feel in there. Very relaxing.



I would recommend them to anyone looking for eyeglasses. They went above and beyond to fix a problem for me.

Love these guys! It is such a caring and compassionate place. They deserve an award for being not just such great eye doctors, but also for just being a role-model of a business. I wish I got service like this everywhere!
