I want to say that I have been to this facility a few times and I wish I could have given a higher rating but one of the "older" women there has a TERRIBLE coldness and rudeness about her. I don't remember her name, I think it was Marie or Maria, but she is OLD and has short brown hair.. I explained to her today, if you are NOT ABSOLUTELY sure you can draw my blood then I will wait for Michelle (SHE IS EXCELLENT). This woman did not even face me, told me facing away from me, "you can wait if you want, s'up to you." WOW! She said, "you are gonna have to wait a bit, I am dealing with another person." Then why even take me back there to that area???? I did not realize that Michelle does not go in until 8:30am, if I had known I would have saved myself the PAINFUL wasted attempt by this woman.

She told me to go sit in Michelle's room and wait until she gets here. I did that, then the other older woman, I think Barb, told me I have to leave that room just a few minutes before 8:30, I was just rolling my eyes.

Michelle got there, she actually did the draw (again NO PAIN and got it the FIRST time).. she is a HUGE asset to this place, the other women...... well... not in my opinion, especially the first lady...

If you want a professional if you are a hard stick in drawing your blood, wait for Michelle...

I hope who is in charge actually reads this and makes HUGE changes...

Michelle should get more money and the other ladies go home...
