Sub par performance , poor workmanship and incompetence is the motto they follow. No one at this facility is certified to work on anyone's vehicle, wouldn't trust them to touch my lawnmower. I think the shop staff competes against each other to see which customers will give the most money for no value. Then I believe they take it to the next level and see which grease monkey can do the most damage to your vehicle. In turn they profit cause they will inform you of broken parts and up sell you to the moon. But don't think the shop stops there, they will proceed to top that off with "bring your vehicle back we, will see what we can do " I bet youre thinking they will fix it ?? Nope they will blame.more parts or blame the mail man for anything that they can get away with. You wonder , how did that happen that was not there before . Yeah... Idk, let's get your parts ordered. Wait a min... I feel like I'm being taken advantage of, no they are just losers, snakes and don't give a rats behind about thier community. They thrive and strive off your feeble mind that keeps giving smokey point a sad chance. Knowingly suck off you like a leech in swamp water. Them poor people in he town are all being suckered. RANDY LYBBERTS AND JACQUE LYBBERT USES THIER back stabbing, fat cheating friends and family to fill out fake internet reviews for customers money. Typical white trash smothered in horrible body ink. Real quality people ill say. Ya'll com on bac ya hear, we's loving you stoopids now...!!!

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and their prices were comparable to what I could get off the internet. Will be back for more work on the truck.

The staff at Randy's Off-road are the best and honest group and it was a pleasure building both my fj-40 and my Ford F250. They are top notch and I recommend all my friends and family to only go to them. The only down fall is they are always like a week out on scheduling but I guess that is because they are that good. Dishonest and disrepectful towards women. Turned a $130 repair into a $3100 front end job. Ladies steer clear. Take your horse haulers elsewhere.

I took one of our company trucks there after a loose washer that was inside the gear housing on the front of the engine took out gears and pumps and made a real mess.( It appears that someone had left a washer floating during an earlier repair.) They were backed up due to so many other customers so I left the truck and caught a bus home. As soon as they could work me in they quickly diagnosed the problems and repaired them expertly. They even changed my front main seal that was leaking and I had forgotten to ask them to do it. I really appreciated that rather than having to pay the expense of all the labor to dig into it at a later time. That shows integrity to me. When I was paying my very reasonable bill there were other customers in the shop who were repeat customers who had nothing but good things to say about their history of doing business there. One guy told me it wouldn't matter where he lived he would come back to Randy's for his repairs. He told me even though Im from Spokane that it would be worth my while to stay with this shop for all my future repairs. This is a high volume specialty shop that works on a ton of trucks. I really appreciate the honest and professional way they treated me.

This place is a RIPPOFF. Complete Disaster!! Do NOT even think about going to this shop. Mark Looks at you and straight up lies to you. Customer to them is just money. No satisfaction no care for customers at all. Bunch of Ignorant kids Dressed as janitors. High priced parts, Scum bag salesmen, Randy's WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK. THIS IS ONE SHOP THAT STEPS UP ABOVE THE PACK, TO TAKE YOUR MONEY, AS FAST AS YOU GIVE IT, THEY TAKE TAKE TAKE. WITH NO RESULTS.

It's really important that when a company steps out above the pack with incredible customer service, that someone points it out. I recently had just that experience. I took my 2008 Chevy Silverado 2500HD to Randy's Off Road to have my ECM flashed with some tuning by ATP. I started to suspect there was a problem with the tuning and e-mailed the manager, Marc. Now I am always hesitant e-mailing as most companies take days to get back to me. Marc e-mailed me back almost immediately with answers and came by my house that evening to reflash the computer!!! On top of that, he hung out afterwards to answer other questions about how I can improve the durability of my truck. All my friends have been informed and will be going to Randy's for their diesel truck work from now on..

RANDY'S OFF-ROAD is NO place to take your vehicle. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO RANDY'S OFF-ROAD. They LIE CHEAT and STEAL from their customers. Telling you that all the parts and more need replacing. The real problem will not be fixed. The mechanics, Ron, Marc, and the other Grease monkeys are incompetent. They NEVER STAND BY THEIR WORK even if you prove them wrong from a credible dealership. They took my money, did not stand by their work, I asked for refund because they did not fix the problem.They said No to request of a refund, (Marc & Ron the front desk Guys) Was happy to take the money but did not do the repairs. I took my ford there 3 times still I had to get it fixed right at the dealership. INCOMPETENT DISHONEST, NOT CREDIBLE, AND NOT REPUTABLE. DO NOT be fooled do your self a favor DO NOT take the risk. If they are capable of doing this to me they will to you. All I wanted was good service and a stand by their work shop. Not what I got. Now I have to take it to court. Not To mention when I confronted them for a return and to uphold the service work they did, Marc called the police on me. Nothing happened, what a way to treat your customers Randy!! I have video of it all.

Randys is casual in the front but all business in the service bays. They treat any truck like their own. They give great advice about how to improve truck performance.
