I have been a customer for many many years and people must be really bored with their lives to write reviews like these two that are taken out of context. HIGHLY HIGHLY doubt that language was used. I don't doubt that it was said he needed to pay for a service call though. The man is always busy. I personally have tried to have a conversation with him at my home when I got a new liner this year and his CELL PHONE was ringing off the hook the whole time with people calling with their pool issues and free advice. He even had to apologize to me. I never once heard him use foul language with any of the calls he took. Nice man, nice small town family business.

Utilized this company for many years, great service and very friendly. They really care about your pool! I would not consider anyone else caring for my pool.

Water's Edge built our pool 2 summers ago. The business is family owned and they've been building pools and installing spas since 1996. The owner visited my home when we expressed interest in building. He quoted me a price that beat the Clearwater estimate by $4,000 for our 20 X 40 in ground pool. The owner also participated in the installation, digging, putting in the vermiculite on the bottom of the pool etc. I was extremely pleased with the work, and to date we have had no major issues with the pool. Water's Edge is a small company and the owner takes a great deal of pride in his work.
