Very slow service. I felt it was very overpriced for the services they did to my computers. They didn't even do what they said would be done. The technicians seemed unqualified, high school dropouts, because they were unable to answer my basic questions. Also they had very little knowledge about Linux and Macintosh computers. I'm going to Nerd Force next time.
