The place is extremely nice and the women who I believe is the owner was a doll. I went in to get my hair died with some blonde in it and I even brought a picture of exactly what I wanted. Another girl said she could do it no problem. Once she started she said it would be hard because there was color in my hair. My hair looks nothing like the picture whatsoever. If there was too much color in my hair from a previous dye and she couldn't do it she should have told me so not just tried to make it work and have it turn out horrible. The first time she colored I even asked her to redo it. The second time she did it she styled me facing away from the mirror and made it really curly so i couldn't see the details in it. When I got home and eventually straightened it I realized how horrible it looked. I didn't even ask for a trim, but told her I wanted to grow my hair out so she said she'd cut off the dead ends. She ended up cutting almost 3 inches off and now my hair is short again.
