Previously I had gone to another auto repair shop they charged me $85 for a full diagnostic and ended paying almost $600 in repairs, my car is running worse than it was before. It took the owner from H & S about 45minutes to try to figure where the problem to my car was and he did not charge me for any of his time or an extra full diagnostic charge. I recommend this place to everyone.

Lately I have noticed that Customer Service has been on a decline, and thats odd since we are in a major Economic turn for the worse, but this place was kind when I called, gave me good information and even a ruff time frame for the services I asked for. havent gone there yet, but so far I like what I see, Good Customer Service wins me over every time.
