Do not do business with this company.



We had a pretty significant cricket infestation in our basement. The technician had to come out twice because the problem wasn't going away. Shortly after the second visit, we noticed a significant hole in our siding, We figured this was where the crickets were coming in. The technician never noticed the hole even though he claimed to have walked right past the vicinity of it.



After the second round of chemicals didn't work, we decided to pursue a refund. The district manager, Matt was very professional which is the only reason I'm giving this company one star. Matt agreed to give us a 50% refund.



It has been nearly two months and we are still waiting for our refund. The Omaha receptionist (where my calls have been directed) has been quite rude. She told me that the refund has been delayed because it has been "sitting on [her] desk and [she] didn't know what to do with it." Unacceptable.



This has been an awful experience, as if the bug infestation wasn't enough.

Moved into a place that supplied the pets... roaches. The landlord took care of the problem by asking this company to remove the roaches, but this company must have misunderstood and fed them viagra for roaches instead. Since the employee for presto-x came out and sprayed, the roaches have multiplied and brought their friends, the silverfish, and other buddies to play. Want a professional to get rid of your landlord's pets? Call a different company.
