WORST PLACE POSSIBLE... Bait and switch.. (not a pet friendly environment as advertised) Terrible care. Especially Tessi.. WOW talk about a crazy person.



My mother got an MRSA infection after sitting in her own urine for several hours after her hip surgery on the first day she was there and almost died. KEEP LOOKING.



I would give less stars if possible.



Every time I try to bring up their horrible policies they keep telling me the same lies and then cut me off and threaten to call the police and have me arrested.



Great customer service... (sarcasm)



JEFF, the nursing admin only wants your MONEY and will tell you whatever you want to hear but will DO NOTHING.... they could care less about your family members.
