First time at Karen's gromming. Karen called me and told me I need to pick up my dog due to her having diarrhea with blood in it. Then she called me saying she is lethargic and had green mucus coming ou to fher nose. My daughter went to pick her up. She was NOT lethargic, no mucus coming out of her nose. She did have diarrhea but was due to stress. We go her home and she was fine. The vet told us she was stressed as this was her first time at a groomers. I cant prove it but I think she was mean to my puppy. I will never go back to her.
