Jackson Tree Service did such a great job when we needed 2 trees removed from our yard on super short notice. We had to have our main sewer line replaced, couldn't use our water until this was done, and the plumbers couldn't dig the 14 foot hole to do so until our 2 trees in front yard were removed. It was stressful trying to figure out who would be able to remove trees so quickly. We called Jackson Tree Service the day we found out, it was already after hours, left a message, and someone called back within an hour saying they'd have someone come take a look and give an estimate the next morning! They were there by around 7:30am and said they could remove them the very next day. We were so surprised and grateful! The next day, they were even having issues with their equipment needing repaired, so they said they would have to be a little late, but they still came and got both trees completely removed and were gone by 2:00pm even though they said it would probably take the entire day. They brought backup equipment and had a repair person come to our house to fix the equipment they were having issues with, I would have never known that was even an issue if they didn't let me know. They were super professional and so great to work with! I can't say enough good things about them. Price was very reasonable as well. They made the process so painless. Cannot recommend them enough!

Exceptional! Jackson Tree Service's entire crew was exceptional. Jackson Tree Service was able to help during an unexpected emergency. During a tornado storm in June a very large oak or tulip poplar tree was uprooted and landed on our house during the storm. We called at least three different tree service companies immediately from reviews that we had seen, not all tree service companies could handle a tree of this magnitude. Jackson Tree Service contacted us back immediately. Jackson Tree Service came out to our home immediately, that same day, they looked at the tree and gave a great quote. The very next morning at 7 am they came out with the crew, trucks, and equipment needed to perform such a difficult job, not to mention in almost 100 degree weather. They got the job done! So quickly and professionally, I was in awe. They were great! Rachel in the office was exceptional. I was able to contact Rachel in the office at any time to assist me with any questions that I had. Her calmness and professionalism helped me to feel comfortable during such a trying time. I must say Jackson Tree is exceptional, they helped to make a stressful moment in my life not to be so stressful. Thank you Jackson Tree Service. God Bless You!

A terrific experience from beginning to end, from Rachel in the office to the work crew. I was concerned about a dead tree falling on my house, so they moved my service up several days to accommodate me. Along with taking a tree down they did some trimming work very well. I would highly recommend.

Great company! A two time customer and both times they were arrived on time, performed work as promised and left the area looking like there were never any bushes and surrounding area clean and free of any waste. They are the only tree service we will use! They are that GREAT!!!

Excellent customer service. Tree that fell in my back yard was cut up and hauled away, no trace of it left behind.
