So after paying for the diagnostic I left. When I got home I looked over the invoice to see the code the diagnostic machine gave. It was not on the invoice but the receptionist wrote what Tim Feltner told her bad srs sensor. After doing research at home there are many different things that could give off the general problem. I went back the next day and asked if I could get the exact code it "supposedly" gave yesterday. Tim Feltner said "i don't have to give you that code!" I was shocked. Why wouldn't he give it to me? He said you don't fix it here, then Im not giving it. I told him you didn't give me an option to fix here, you were annoyed with me and turned around a stormed in your office.He said Im not giving you that code now leave before I call the police.I then turned the recorder on my phone on.He was screaming and I told him Ill wait for the police because I paid $60 for a service and you should give me the info I paid for. He still screamed and I told him he was being recorded

I have been taking my cars (4 total with my household) to feltners for a few years. I went with my son to get his car inspected, this was his 1st time so I wanted him to know the process. They inspected the car and told me it would be rejected because of a torn wiper blade and the srs sensor was on. Tim Feltner said he could run a diagnostic, I said ok. He came back after 5mins and said the "airbag computer is fried." I asked him "is that something people repair or is it too expensive?" He said "I don't know lady you can do what you want" He was by then very annoyed by me and went in his office. My son and I looked at each other &wondered why he was so rude. We then paid our bill and I noticed they didn't charge for the diagnostics. I told the receptionist she said you're right then went to ask Tim Feltner if she should charge. Of course charge, I am honest and If a service is provided I will pay. I asked her if the reason it failed was on there, she said I'm typing it.. So after paying for the diagnostic I left. He still screamed and I told him he was being recorded. After all the yelling and screaming he did, which was recorded, he went back to his office and slammed the door for a second time. So after 3 police threats that he didn't call on, I was perfectly fine with him doing so, and 30 mins of begging for the code I spent $60 for, I left. The receptionist gave me another copy of the invoice I had just gotten the day before..no code. When I got home and told my husband the way I was treated he went to feltners to remind him of his poor customer service. He then lied and told my husband that the code is on the invoice. WELL NOW IT WAS! He had gone back into my invoice from the previous day and altered to appear he was right. He tried to make a fool out of me and my husband. Tim Feltner was very dishonest towards us. I have the proof in recordings AND the 2 previous invoices with NO CODE and the 3rd that he altered With the code. He tried to make a fool out of me and my husband but only succeeded in giving me proof I needed to show his deception

This place is a joke. Had vehicle 2 1/2 months, and did very little, except take my money. Tries to dictate what you do with you vehicle. Had to tow vehicle to another shop. Apparently only wants small, quick, in and out jobs, and not the big ones. Never again!!

Used to take my vehicles to Feltner Auto all the time until recent experience. My pregnant wife was on her way home from work and didnt feel well. Her tire pressure light kept flashing. She called me and asked me what she should do. I told her not to worry, just swing by Feltner Auto and have them check her tire pressure. I told her they were really nice and that they would take care of her. She went in and asked for help, she was told that they were to busy and they could not help her. Really?...You cant check some poor pregnant ladies tire pressure. Meanwhile my wife said no one was in the waiting room and a mechanic was sitting in the office with the secretary? Wow, I felt like a fool when my wife came home late and said she got turned down at Feltner and had to end up doing it herself with some crappy air machine at a gas station, which didnt even work. I have given this pace tons of business over the years, thousands of dollars worth, but not a penny more now.
