Clothes were cleaned. But I had 4 pairs of pants and 9 shirts. They don't do underwear and socks apparently. My clothes are work clothes so not anything special. My bill was $80! What! For ONE load of laundry?? On top of that they made up their own price because it certainly does not match the ticket, by a long shot!
