Came home late from work one night recently and my garage door was not functioning properly. Called Randy and told him what was going on and he was quickly able to tell me what he thought was wrong. He walked me through what to look for and sure enough he was right. I thought I would have to wait for an appointment, but he was able to come the next morning and got it fixed. Not only did he fix it he gave me tips and advice on how to maintain the life of my garage door and all of its components. It was great work for a very reasonable price.

Very Satisfied and Randy will be my go to person for anything garage door related.

Our garage door spring broke this morning. We had an appt in DSM so I Googled it on the way. I found his website, called him and he was here to fix it same day! Late on a Friday afternoon to boot! Randy and Joshua replaced the sliding doors of our corn crib with a Raynor overhead door. They had to remove one of the old sliders, but did so easily. They framed in the opening for the install, but left height and side clearance so we can put in large vehicles/ equipment. The price he bid was the price I paid - no extra, 'hidden' costs! I will recommend his company to anyone who asks about the new door.

Randy and his crew came out and replaced my wind damaged door! The door is 24' x 10' and is insulated and has windows in the middle section! They took down the damaged door and put in the replacement all in about 8 hours! They were clean and quick! Great job guys!

I had Randy come out last year to put in three overhead electric doors in my barn to replace the old sliding doors. I was so happy with the outcome that last week I had him install a 10' x 18' overhead door into my vintage Morton building, replacing the original sliders. Thanks for a job well done!

Randy Price with Optimal Doors does great work. He was out to our place last week and installed a shop door where there had not been one prior. He took off the pair of sliding doors and replaced with an overhead shop door. The door looks great and his carpentry skills were awesome as well. I called Randy when my garage door was damaged by my wife's car and he was there within a matter of hours. He was able to fix it at a very minimal cost and left it in better shape than before the incident. After I moved this Spring, I had him install a new opener in my new house and again had a great experience. I can now open my garage door from anywhere in the world through an iPhone app! I purchased a door from Randy Price, owner of Optimal Overhead Doors & Openers. First off Mr. Price has lived and worked in the community for years. I think he has been doing garage doors for over 15 years if I remember correctly. He does great work and was very timely in doing so. I purchased a Raynor garage door from him with an R18 value for my insulated garage and a belt drive opener. Awesome products and a fair price. Thanks a bunch Optimal Overhead Doors & Openers!!!!
