Beth was very courteous and went out of her way to help us secure urgently needed tire service since it was near the end of the business day. The driver, Lonnie, was extremely kind and professional, ensuring that my son was taken care of to complete his journey that evening to Wisconsin. Hogeland Auto Plaza represents the best of the heart of America in caring for customers in need who are passing through Iowa.

My vehicle was towed and I was expecting to pay the "normal amount" for an in-town tow (1.9 miles)...was surprised with an invoice of almost $300!
