I have use of a 1987 Toyota Motor Home. I want to drive it to Louisiana to visit my children. I took the vehicle to Marshall RV to have it looked over before making such a long road trip. Dean, the shop technician, went over the 1987 with a fine tooth comb. He then explained best options for repairing the most significant concerns he'd found. Dean then sent me to Marshall RV's Parts Manager, Deb Bauer. She and I prioritized what should be taken care of before my road trip as well as what could safety wait until my return to Michigan. She gave me an itemized cost estimate for parts and labor. She walked out into sub-freezing weather with me to assure me we would be ordering the correct repair parts. Deb even gave me contact info for a nearby RV salvage yard. Kudos to the entire crew at Marshall RV! I never thought I'd look forward to having a 1987 Toyota vehicle maintained but Owner Ken and his crew have changed my thoughts on that matter. Keep up the excellent customer service.
