I just had to give hats off to the young lady Ms. Michelle, I called at the last minute we had a dog that needed to get in ASAP! Ms. Michelle, was VERY PROFESSIONAL she took the time to answer all of my questions and she was very kind in doing so. I just wanted to say THANKS A MILLION to you Ms. Michelle and Dr. Sue, for creating a pleasant Experience!!! We need more people like you!

I have been using this veterinary office and the Marrero office for over 10 years. My pets are my family members - just like my children were. I don't trust just anyone, but I was able to totally trust every one in this office to take wonderful care of my dogs and cats, and they have NEVER let us down. They are very knowledgeable, friendly, compassionate. They are clean. They take time and you can tell they care about animals. The boarding is excellent. I have a German Shepherd, black Lab, Golden Retriever (13 1/2 yrs). We had another German Shepherd that got cancer and went down hill really fast. They were SOO good with him and so caring with us. We recently moved out of the area and it is so hard to find anyone to measure up to the care we received from Acadiana West. In fact, we haven't been able to. Its just too hard for my dogs to make the 4 hour trip, or I would do it!

This clinic is the best place on the westbank to bring your pets they are so friendly, careing, and knowledgable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
