I took used my own glass instead of using hers. She asked me to drop all the glassware off to her a few days before my wedding so she could deliver all the arrangements which I did and she kept 1/3 of my glassware! And when I tried contacting her to get it all back I never got a response. I paid a ton for the flowers and service and expected much better service

I recently made use of the services of Creative Events and was trilled with the results! I did notice a negative review of them on this site. Wonder why they didn't leave a name?

At the company I am employed by we recently had one of the long time managers retire. The reason I bring this up is because I am one of the few women who work at this rather large company. I was assigned the job of planning and preparing the retirement party, I guess they thought a women would know what to do! So there I was with a rather generous budget to work with but not a clue what to do with the funds provided. Well I let my browser do the walking and came upon the Grand Rapids based company Creative Events of Michigan. Their website looked interesting so I gave them a call. I must say I was very impressed with the enthusiasm and amount of ideas the person I spoke with had. So with out really doing the research I normally would spend I decide to go with Creative Events of Michigan. Well to make a long story a bit shorter they did a wonderful job. The fun ideas and unique settings they used to give the event a special feel.

Our wedding was at the Amway Grand Plaza Hotel, besides the flowers, it was beautiful. We should have known from the beginning we were going to have problems due to the lack of communication we received. It was ten days before the wedding before we even received a reply about the final prices and verification that our flowers had been ordered. Instead of receiving Black Magic Roses, we received traditional Red Roses. The hydrangeas were wilted and half dead by dinner, we were mortified and embarrassed. After the wedding we contacted Creative Events and discussed the situation with a representative, the person was rude, said there was nothing wrong with the flowers, and we just wanted money back. Our wedding was at the Amway Grand Plaza Hotel, it is not about the money.....If service and beautiful flowers are what you are looking for, do not hire Creative Events!!‎
