The owner\trainer of this gym is a standup guy. Always willing to help and gives fitness advice and guidance for a better and healthier lifestyle. I have many friends who belong to this gym which is above par, no matter your fitness goals.

This gym is the best gym I've been to yet, I've belonged to many others and it by far stands alone at the top. Staff is great! The owner/personal trainer is there to answer any and all questions that might possibly help you in your success to fitness. This gym is all about results! Not bagels and pizza!!

This is one of the worst gyms I have ever been a member at. Not to mention that when they tell you can cancel anytime that's not true. Typical scammers...when asked to see a copy of what I signed they can not produce it. DO NOT TRUST these guys
