I've been a customer of Gersh Insurance since they opened over 30 years ago, and I can't imagine working with any other company. As an agency, all of the staff have been very professional, helpful and diligent in following up on all matters concerning my insurance. I also deeply appreciate the time they have spent with me to explain in simple terms all of the confusing aspects involved in buying and having insurance. After having experienced difficulties in working directly with insurance companies beforehand, I have been very pleased since switching to Gersh Insurance. As an advocate working on my behalf, they have done very well in finding the best insurance companies for my specific needs in terms of service and cost. Additionally, they have provided invaluable assistance during very frustrating times when I have had billing and claims issues. I have highly recommended Gersh Insurance to friends and family, and will continue to do so.
