service call feee

called christie to repair my oven. over the phone gave him the model number and ed ordered the bake element needed for my oven. the technician came and replace the element - i was charged a $95 service call and $65 for the technician. when i called ed to inquire about the service call he told me that was the charge to come out to my house and diagnose the problem. there was not diagnosing the problem - no one came to my house to do that - he did it over the phone!!! what a rip off - beware!!!
