If there was a minus 5 stars that's what I would give this company it doesn't surprise me at all did nobody has rated it before I have talked to many people in Marksville Louisiana and they all feel the same they're overpriced in the work that they do is extremely unskilful and unprofessional the owner puts people in the field way before its time they're not trained properly and when they mess stuff up they have no problem charging the customer to fix it but they never fix it right I know of a church that has to transfer grills straight into the return air box unfiltered been that way ever since it was installed about 10 or 11 years this causes the evaporator coil to get extremely dirty and fail before his time of course the owner would never admit to this and he has no problem charging at church to fix his company's mess up I could go on and on did just that one incident is enough I highly advise to stay away from this company if at all possible
