Not that this review will matter, because appraiser are appointed not earned. This business has no business appraising property in Alexandria, because he is unaware of the neighborhoods. This man under appraised my property and the buyers voided the contract. He doesn't know anything about Alexandria. Mortgage lenders please reject this man if he is appointed to your appraisal. I'm amazed he has a license.
