I had to give a 1 star because there was no negative numbers. I was given the name and phone of this person by another person in a managerial position. I called and left a message and phone # to call me back. She never called. Another attempt via text a week and 2 days later, no response. We live in a rural area. So, after telling people of my experience of really horrible customer service, I found that this "person" only takes High End Clientele. She and her husband worked at the casino at one time. She NEVER returned my call or text. Shame on her. Sometime people Think they are Better. But, they are Not in a big way. They are just too big for their britches in a small town who goes by WORD of MOUTH.
