Brett is very professional and courteous. We called on a Saturday that we had a broken pipe. He called us Sunday evening and said he had 2 jobs on Monday and would be by our place afterwards. Monday he called from the second job and said there was a problem, but he would get to us when he was finished. We heard from him Monday afternoon that he was on his way. At our house he took the time to show what was wrong and gave us options on how to fix it. He said the price was the same either way.

We will be calling him for all future problems. Highly recommend!
