Sorry you had a bad experience at our store. We like to stand behind all of our products. Although, we are not able to accept returns on nutrients. We keep our shelves stocked the best we can. If an item is out of stock, is it due to the distributor being out of the product. If there are any items we do not stock, we will gladly order it. As for our pricing, we have competitive pricing with the other stores in our area!
