This was my very first time to have a home inspection, so it was all new to me! However, I do know that Mr. Holback is a professional through and through. He was very thorough and detailed and looked at things I would not have even thought of! He was very patient and didn't appear to be even slightly annoyed with me tagging along behind him. I feel confident that he covered absolutely everything and informed me of all that he found verbally as well as in the detailed report, which included photos. If I ever do this again, Holback Services will be the first inspection service I call!! Thanks!
