🚨🚨🚨Gattshall’s Gutters will not honor warranty on gutters they install. After several months of getting the run around they stopped answering our calls and text requests to repair the gutters that were installed on the front of our house with a lifetime warranty. I then called (with another phone number) and asked for an estimate on the back side of our house for gutter installation. When the owner got to the house and gave an estimate, I told him that it was me who had been calling and asking for the repair on the front to be done. He looked at the gutters that were hanging, agreed that they should not have pulled away, and said that he would be back “tomorrow” to fix the gutters, but he never showed up and again ignored our calls and texts. As a response to a negative review that we posted, the owner then claimed that we were not customers.
