Attorney Winston C.Throgmorton has practiced law in Marion Illinois since 1985. He began as a general practitioner in state criminal and civil court and federal civil and criminal court. From 1994 through 1998 he was a prosecutor/hearing examiner for the Illinois Secretary of State Department of Administrative Hearings regarding drivers license reinstatement. These people are also known as petitioners who are seeking driving privileges and must appear before the Illinois Secretary of State Department of Administrative Hearings.
