Absolutely the WORST company!...took 2 weeks to schedule an appointment with them...the nurse told me I had to fast for a minimum of 8 hours....I fasted for 12....the day of the appointment, I get a call from them 30 minutes before she is supposed to be there, and they tell me that they have to cancel because the nurse doing my exam became ill.....and that they would have to reschedule!...the secretary then tells me that I didn't have to fast, because I was diabetic!??.....seriously??......I got angry and said I would call the Select Quote agent and report them....I then get a "follow up" call by some guy calling himself the "manager"....and he tells me he doesn't appreciate the way I talked with his secretary!....really??....you have me fast for 12 hours....then cancel the appointment 30 minutes prior to the exam...then lie to me about not having to fast, etc...when I tell him I have a call into the agent and that I plan on reporting his company....he basically tells me that "they won't do anything to us"....and then hangs up on me!.....WORST COMPANY....WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE....AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
