Tuesday afternoon backing into a parking spot the my shift cable broke. I managed to get the car in drive and made it to Mike around 5pm. He told me it sounded like the cable, possibly the plastic fitting. He said he was kind of behind & it might be 2-3 days. The next day Mike had called around 8am and left me a message to call him.I called and was surprised to hear he had the cable out and it was indeed the clip. You have to buy the entire cable so he ordered it. I got home around 3:30pm and by 4:15pm he called and had it ready. I picked the car up almost 24hrs after I dropped it off. He showed me the old cable but the next thing is what got me. I went to my car and noticed something. I had a trash bag on my gearshift that I took off and forgot on the pass-side floor. He emptied it and placed the bag neatly on the floor. That sold me, knowing he's the kind of man that pays attention to the little details. Something that simple, and seeing how good he is got him a customer for life.

Mike is a honorable and honest mechanic. I was introduced to him early this year and he has already worked on all 3 of my cars. So far he has kept his word, been reasonble with cost and adviced wisely.
