After a power outage, my computer would not turn on anymore. I was very distraught, as I thought all of my data was lost. Chris was not only able to save and backup all of my data,he was able to get the sytem running again, only replacing a minor part. This was the first time I ever used superpages, and I am curious to see if all of their vendors provide such a high level of service. Thank you Marina Pointe Tech, hope this review helps!

While on business in Marina del Rey, I had the good fortune to find Chris at Marina Pointe Tech. Just hours before an important presentation, my laptop screen began going to a blue screen and then turn itself off. After explaining my urgent situation, Chris immediately picked up my laptop from my hotel and had it back to me well in time for my meeting. Great guy, great service.

My PC was older, and out of warranty, and I didn't want to put a lot of money into it. I had read great reviews on google about Marina Pointe Tech, so I gave them a shot. The technician actually took the time to explain in non-technical terms what was done to my computer. My computer now runs faster than when I purchased it in 2005, and I now, because of the extra time talking with Chris, know how to correctly maintain Windows so I hopefully ;) won't run into the same problem again. I would absolutely recommend the service, and I am glad I called.

In the space of one short (and reasonably priced) visit, Chris helped us solve internet access problems, set up complicated software programs, and reconfigure our systems to synch to our business website server.
