I hesitantly write this, as I know how crushing a bad review can be for a business, but I don't want others to fall for this store's trap.



Simply put: if they sell you defective merchandise, they will not remedy the situation.



(For me, it was a board that delaminated day one of use.)



And considering they are selling stuff that costs $1,000+++ (boards, bikes, kayaks) I think everyone should know their hidden secret.



On the bottom of the receipt it reads "exchanges only within 5 days." Meaning, AFTER you give them your money, you will find out if something goes wrong with that board or bike or kayak or wet suit or fins or whatever it is, they will do nothing after five days.



Too bad, I told them this review was coming, and the cashier guy did not even care. I asked to speak with the owner, he said nope. I guess it makes sense, they only care to take your money.



If you're gonna part with your money, I'd suggest you find a store that stands by their merchandise.
