Treejob gave a competitive price to remove 5 bradford pears. The work was more than satisfactory and I will certainly use again in the future. -BH

They were the most reasonable in pricing, and I couldn't be happier we went with them. The branches I needed removed were done so in a very neat manner. They were on time, and left my yard cleaner than they found it! I would recommend them to anyone!

I don't know, maybe the management changed, but whoever left unfavorable comments maybe be hired a different company. :)They did an excellent work on my property. I was removing three trees, and wanted a heavy trimming on another five or six. The long story short, the crew behaved respectfully, listen to my suggestions, did a professional good job too. Yes, they did damaged a gutter, but without any question they sent a specialist who install a new one. What to complain? The prices unbeatable, the project manager Ryan was as everything you wish a professional be. I have lots of trees, for the next job I won't be looking for anybody else.

I have seen Treejob working in my neighborhood in Atlanta several times over the past few years. My neighbors have all seemed to be pretty pleased with their work. Recently, I had a large tree die and one of the Treejob guys knocked on my door when they were back in the area working for my neighbor. Knowing that I needed to get the tree done, I got an estimate from him. The price seemed pretty fair for the amount of work and they said that they would take care of the permit with the city for the removal as well which was an added bonus. After about a week, I got a call that the permit had been approved. The work was not actually able to get done for a few more weeks because of all the rain and holidays in December. After a few dry days, the crew showed up as promised and removed the tree with precision. I have to say, I'm a fan. I will certainly be using them the next time I need anything done. Thanks again guys.

I've hired Treejob on 4 separate occasions to preform services at my home. I've been satisfied with each one. They have done trimming and removals around my yard and pool. The last two jobs involved removing a group of pines with a bobcat and the other was more skilled work.

They took down a large tree in between my glass roof home extension, koi pond and pool. They had to rope everything down and hand carry the debris out. It was pretty impressive to watch.

I believe they give good prices for a company with insurance from my research. The job where they removed the large tree in between everything cost as much as the job where they removed 7 pines but I understood they were preformed very differently.

I've been happy in the past and seeing as there's still work in the future, I'm sure they'll be back!

A huge tree fell on our home during a storm a few weeks ago and Justin from TreeJob was there within the hour. The crew showed up the next morning and removed the massive tree out of our home. TreeJob worked directly with our insurance company and made the whole process as painless as possible under the circumstances.

After seeing the crews work I had them take down another large pine that was close to the house so that we didn't have to experience this ever again.

During the three days they were working at my property several of my neighbors ended up getting them to do some work in their yards as well. The crews seemed to be very experienced and took extra care not to cause further damage to our landscaping.

Thanks again for a job well done

I hired Treejob to remove 2 dead trees and trim dead branches out of all the trees over my home and driveway. The crew came out on a Saturday and skillfully removed the trees and limbs. They had a hauling truck come out on Monday to clean up and haul away all the trimmings. I can't say enough about the professionalism and the expertise of the crew. I will absolutely be calling them the next time I have a need for tree service.

We contracted with this company to take down a couple of dead trees in our yard. While the estimation process went very well, as soon as we signed the contract, everything seemed to go downhill. We were told the work would begin on Monday (we met for the estimation the previous Thursday and felt this was a fair timeline), and when the guys did not show up to do the work, the blame was somehow put back on us because we called over the weekend to discuss the possibility of future services which the company took as us being undecided. However, we were always committed to the removal of the two trees and had signed a contract as such and were expecting them the next Monday. When inquiring why they did not show on the Monday, we were told that they could not give us a particular day that they would come out to do the work because this type of job is considered a "filler" and we basically needed to be on-call for when the contractor was available. We informed the project manager that that was not possible given our work schedules and we needed to know a particular day to clear out our work schedule and have a phone call at least 30 minutes prior to their arrival so we could secure our two dogs. After a week (and no communication), two very snarky men showed up at 8:30 in the morning as we were walking to our cars to head to our jobs for the morning (no calls, no warnings...not even a knock on the door to say they were starting the work). The communication with the project manager is completely lacking, they have zero customer service, and if you approach them about your concerns the fault is somehow put back on the customer. To top it all off, the project manager was caught in several lies stating he "left us messages" earlier in the week saying that the workers would be out Friday morning, however, the actual contractors that showed up at our house said that THEY were not even contacted by the project manager until Friday morning as to when to come do the work.

Overall very bad experience dealing with this company. The whole process was infuriating, especially dealing with a project manager that is arrogant and refusing to take any fault in his failure to communicate. I would not recommend to anyone, ever. Lesson learned.

I would not recommend Treejob....

I would not recommend Treejob.com. They completely tore up my front yard and damaged my mail box. They stacked the trees in my front yard after I had told them to stack them in the driveway. When I contacted the company all they would do is take my name and number and was told somebody would call me back. No one has ever called me back after 4 phone calls to them. On my 4th call they advised me that they use sub-contractors and it was in my best interest to call the subcontractor everyday until I got them to respond. In my book this is horrible customer service.

Do NOT use this company. They...

Do NOT use this company. They charged me $700 for debris removal. I had them leave everything they could for firewood, they "logged" two of the biggest pine trees so they didn't have to remove that. I also got them another job at my neighbors house and had them leave most of that for firewood, and that debris was also in my yard. They also charged my neighbor for debris removal. Then they tell me I have too much debris and they won't remove it. How do these rip-offs stay in business? Oh yeah, by ripping off folks like me.
