No stars for me but oh well had to choose one. The service is ridiculous and I'm disappointed in myself for giving this woman the benefit of doubt. This was my 2nd time going, which the first was okay as I remember but also so long ago. I would have rathered not to have had her 12 yr old daughter braiding portions of my hair. It definitely seemed as if the sections braided by her were much looser. I never had braids to look so old within a really really short span. I went back at care or really wanting to make money but in that case I don't appreciate having to pay someone that amount of money for such a sorry job.

HORRIBLE PLEASE DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THIS LADY! I foolishly assumed that because she's African and has a shop she was legit HELL NO!! I went for two simple corn rows... AWEFUL!! She put globs of gel on my hair and the next day it looked 3 weeks old, let's not mention how uneven it was! Smdh!! When I went back she told me because I left the first time she wasn't rebraiding it for free... I'm unemployed and spent my last on a protective style, unfortunately I just moved and couldn't make it to the lady who did my braids before!! Needless to say I couldn't go on with my hair like this and paid $10 for her to fix the mess she made... I told her not to put gel on... I get home to put gel on myself.. Smh braids are poorly done and hair was coming out the braids!! She's AWEFUL PLEASE STOP GOVING THIS WOMAN MONEY SHE NOT WORTH IT AT ALL!!

I got my hair braided here on Sunday, I had to go back on Monday because the twists were unraveling and less than a week later my hair coming out of the twists! Poor customer service! WASTE OF MONEY DO NOT GO!

Run & don't walk. The braider was nice on the phone, after that it went down hill. She didn't accept credit cards, checks. In the middle of getting my hair done, I had to leave the salon to find a bank. She was sarcastic about me having to leave. She had to re-do my hair several times, because it wasn't to my liking. The style I wanted was really simple. She was rude when she had to correct it & I am not a picky person. Also when putting the braids in, the braider would lick the hair with her own saliva. Ewww!!! Never ever again.

i love my braids i've been there a few times before and she is fast and will take walk ins and the place is not hard to find and u don't have to sit in there all day they get on it and get it done
