!!! AVOID !!! unless you want letter after letter from the IRS about missing or incorrectly filed tax paperwork. Tried for a year to get her to make this right and its still not fixed!! She avoids my calls and emails till I threatened taking any action necessary to resolve this including legal if necessary. This write up is part of that action.

She responded with an insult "I do not appreciate you calling my office threatening my company when clearly you should be frustrated with the IRS or your own lack of organization when starting the company. My suggestion is that you re-fax the forms to the proper department of the IRS."

Funny I did not file ANY of this paper work she was hired to do so. I also don't have copies of the missing documents and she refuses to send any or respond properly. Note to the business. People hire subject matter experts to do the things which they do not understand or are good at or have the time to deal with. This is the foundation of a services business and quite common for taxes as its complicated.
