Provided by YP.comFRAUD ALERT. 6/5/15, 8:45 pm, I go into store, empty but for twentysomething employee kid at the counter. Pick up a bottle of Pimms's Cup, price $17.99 (price labeled on the shelf.) Go to pay, notice clerk ringing $21.99 plus tax. I ask how much is this (?)(!), go back to shelf and point at the $17.99 price. Clerk says: "Oh we just raised the price, but haven't changed the price on the shelf". There was no price on the bottle, but CLEARLY this item was $17.99. Either the clerk is skimming $3-$4 per transactions from the customer, thinking the boss won't figure it out, or ( and it ain't likely): they JUST had raised the price on this unpopular, obscure liquor and never adjusted the price. When I wen't back up to the counter, I explained what he was doing was illegal, either skimming customers for several $$ more per transaction, or falsely representing a lower shelf price and hoping the customer spends more once they're up b/c they just picked it out and it is a hassle at that point. Confronting the clerk, he says: "Uh, no this ain't illegal cause I told you the price before you paid me for it". No, I saw him ringing up the higher price, walked over to the nearby shelf, rechecked the (correct) list price of $17.99, wen't back to the register where they guy had rung up $21.95 and with tax was $23 or $24. I drove straight to Sherlocks down the road. The employee should be fired since he was in all liklihood skimming. STORE OWNER should just check the video transaction in the store at about 8:45pm on Saturday, June 6th, 2015. The TAPE won't lie. NEVER GOING BACK TO ROXY PACKAGE where this employee tried to skim cash from this customer, and others, I would imagine. No wonder a common complaint about this store is that they charge several dollars more than competitors for the same stuff. I think the store doesn't charge more but this employee is getting more $$$.

Provided by YP.comMuch of what's here is overpriced, which is a problem. The bigger problem is that the first (and certainly last) time I shopped here, the woman behind the counter (maybe the owner?) was casually talking to another customer at length while ignoring me standing there waiting to be checked out. I began to walk to put my whiskey back on the shelf and leave, when she finally decided to acknowledge me and offer to check me out. I won't be back.
